Thank you for visiting! My name is LaRae, a Yoga and Pilates instructor in Palmetto, Fl. I always enjoyed sewing and now enjoy combining it with my love for Yoga and Pilates by creating mat bags, bolsters, relaxing eye pillows, rejuvenating neck and shoulder pillows, and therapeutic pillows. My sewing projects continue to evolve as I receive new inspirations and input from clients. I created my own aromatherapy blend of lavender, eucalyptus, and chamomile. Unscented items can be made by request. My hot/cold aromatherapy products have many individual spaces for the filling to remain equally distributed. I use only flax seed and herbs in my aromatherapy product, no rice, because flax can hold it's temperature hot or cold for longer. Children's cold packs are unscented and filled only with flax. Neck pillows weights a little over 3 pounds so it literally draws tense shoulders down and come down low in the back to target that sweet spot between the shoulder blades. I love visually exciting fabrics that are just as fun to look at as to touch. Items are shipped USPS priority 2-3 day. My personal favorite is my aromatherapy eye pillow to use during my final relaxation (savasana) of my yoga practice. Happy shopping!
