You messaged me several times and I responded to EVERY single message you sent over the past month regarding your order within hours. The package was delayed by the post office because you placed a forwarding request on the address you provided at checkout for shipping. Since they were working overtime during the holidays and COVID, your package did take longer to arrive since they had to forward it to you. I am sorry it didn't arrive as quickly as you would have liked, but that is out of my control. It was shipped as stated to the address you provided. You filed a case and even Etsy told you that there was nothing that could be done since the package was in transit and had shipped. Please be sure to check your address before checking out so this won't happen again with another order.

Care instructions
To best care for your item, machine wash inside out in cold water with like colors with your normal detergent. To dry, machine dry inside on low heat or air dry. NEVER use an iron.
It's best to wash items with glitter inside out and air dry.
Sizing details
For sizing information, each listing has a size chart in the listing pictures that you can reference to ensure you get the best fit. When in doubt, it's best to check the size chart against a shirt that you have and like the fit of to see what size would work best for you. We can also help via message, if you'd like.
When will my item arrive?
Items are shipped within the stated time frame in each specific listing. You can also find this information/estimated shipping time frame on your invoice. Items are shipped via USPS. You will receive an email once your item ships with tracking information and estimated delivery date. They do not always update the tracking in a timely manner or as often as the package actually moves.
Once an item leaves my hands, I am no longer responsible for it.
Please note that I see the same tracking updates as you do and am not able to locate your package beyond what the tracking information shows.
Most first class items arrive within 3-5 business days. Priority mail usually takes 2-4 business days.
Where do I put what color I'd like for the design?
Sometimes at checkout, it will prompt you. However, you can always leave it in the notes to seller box at checkout and I will see your message.
How can I order multiple items in the same order?
To order multiple items, simply add each one to your cart individually. Once you have all the items you'd like, checkout. This will automatically combine your shipping and place everything as one order for you.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I am more than happy to include a gift message with your order. Please select that option at checkout and it will prompt you to include a gift message that I will print and include in the order.
