Payment
Payment is required within 72 hours of purchase. If you think you are going to have difficulty paying within this deadline, please, contact us.
When payment is not received within this time-frame, and we have not heard from you, orders will be unfortunately automatically cancelled and relisted.
Payment can be made by Paypal. You can either use a credit card or set up an account linked with your bank.
Invoices are in US$ but Paypal will convert the transaction to your currency.
Follow the links when your are ready to check-out with the items in your basket, and you will be lead to the Paypal payment page.

On completion of the transaction, you will receive one email from Etsy confirming the order, and one email from Paypal confirming the payment.
If you have made a mistake, or changed your mind, please let me know by using the 'contact this seller' link.
Please ensure your Paypal and Etsy shipping addresses match, so I know where to send your order.
You can use the 'Add message to seller' link to clarify any shipping details. eg if it is to be sent to your workplace or as a gift.
If your purchase is a present, I am happy to write a gift card message, and leave out the receipt.
If you are in the UK and would prefer to pay by sterling cheque, please contact me and I will provide further instructions. Please note if paying by this method there will be a 10 day delay whilst the payment clears.

Once payment has been received and cleared, your goods will be dispatched within 2 working days using Royal Mail, or Airmail where applicable.
Suggested delivery times: UK 1-2 days, Europe 3-8 days, USA 5-10 days, rest of world up to 14 days.
International Customs:
According to international shipping policy, a customs declaration will be affixed to the package detailing the contents and cost paid.
Please note that you are responsible for any import duty that may apply on delivery.
