Welcome to Yu Studios!
I have been creating pottery since 1995. Making pots is like meditation or religion to me. It's my passion. I usually draw pots on the drawing book before I make them. During the process of making pots, I like carving patterns on pots or using wax to design patterns.
I don't like massive production, so each piece of pottery is very unique from my creation. I also have my pottery at juried art shows in Virginia. All of my handmade pottery are microwave and dishwasher safe and you may place them in oven but remember not to preheat the oven.
I also love knitting and create mosaic art. Life is good when it's creative!
