Alchemy is Etsy's system for requesting custom items. A buyer describes the item they would like and the seller responds with the details of the item they can create. Read about how Alchemy works in our Alchemy Overview.

Unless ordering a shirt that specifies the need for an Alchemy request, there is *no need* to use alchemy to get a specific color/size combination on a shirt. Our listings are for the design only, you choose the size and color in the "message to seller" box when ordering. Although, if you do put in a request through alchemy, we won't ignore it :)
We're open to just about any request. We'll work with you to print anything you need: your own shirts, your logo or art, anything. We'll have to review each request and make sure we can do it. So send along your ideas and we'll get back to you ASAP
