-If you see something you like, let us know so we can see if we can make it again for you. We will do our best and inform you right away. Please message or email us.
-A non-refundable 30% of the total custom order must be paid for to secure order and payment.
-We'll post and hold custom orders for 7 days. If the rest of the balance is not paid for within that time, order is considered canceled and voided. For questions, please message us.
-Please note that it may take up to a couple of weeks or more to do custom orders. Depending on the availability of supplies.
-All custom orders are FINAL. There are no returns and exchanges for these.
