Polymer clay can be applied to nearly anything. If it can't be baked on, it can probably be glued on. It is not food safe or water safe and should not be heated or cooled too much... and that's about it for limitations.
I keep a ton of clay on hand in all different colors along with all sorts of tools, so the only thing that may slow down your request is if the object you want covered is not available to me locally. Also, it can take a while to make these items so please allow 1-2 weeks even if I don't have to order anything in. If you need it done quicker, please convo me and I'll see what I can do!
