Alchemy is Etsy's system for requesting custom items. A buyer describes the item they would like and the seller responds with the details of the item they can create. Read about how Alchemy works in our Alchemy Overview.
Thank you for contacting me about a custom item! With all custom orders, I require that half of the estimated cost of the order be paid as a nonrefundable deposit; I will contact you regarding payment of that deposit as soon as possible. I will also be sure to send you pictures of the work in progress to make sure you are happy with the design as I work.
