I welcome custom requests, however my schedule does not always permit me to accommodate them. Feel free to ask and I'll get back to you with a realistic estimate. While I don't do custom knitting anymore (I have a hard enough time getting my own new designs made!), I do have many knit-for-hire people I can recommend if necessary. One way or another, I'd be happy to help you out!
