. provide the url(s) to the design(s) you're interested in (copy/paste link)
. know what color/print, size, and design you want
. my designs are ooak, i no longer respond to convos requesting exact copies
. we all have different ideas on colors and their names - if you can't find the color you want pictured on a design use my COLOR CHART so I have an idea of what color(s) you want

. if you've never purchased a Label of Hope design a 50% deposit is required
. send your form/convo ONCE, several submissions will only slow me down
. some of my older patterns have been purged / retired
. I will not take pics of fabrics, buttons, etc so you can choose
. leave alterate choices in design/colors in case your first picks are no longer available
however, sending me links of ALL the tops you like doesn't help, keep your choices limited to you first two favorites (this applies to your color choices as well)
. once your order is confirmed and construction begins I will not make further changes
example: you decide later you want a different color than agreed to
. ALL SALES are FINAL. Be sure you give me accurate size information
. like any biz, i reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time
(highly unlikely though, you'd have to be a real pain, and its never happened yet)
any deposits paid on refused orders will be refunded
sorry for all the "rules" I hate having them but it is necessary for me to provide everyone with the fastest and best service possible. After all, the more time I have to spend online is the less time I have to sew.
also remember that your order is no more important than anyone else's, all orders will be made in the order received
