Bleet! Hello all! I'm the Head Ewe of Red Sheep! I am, by trade, a spinner and boy, do I spin! However, I also hand paint yarns and fibers. I love fiber. I know my fiber. I love fiber. Did I already say that?

Payment

Payment via Paypal is required within 3 days of purchase otherwise the sale will be canceled. Since I do live in California, customers from California will have tax included (waaaa!).

Shipping

I will try to get you the best shipping possible for the price. If it's really light, then it goes out via First Class Mail. For the more fibery/ heavier yarns, it will go out via Priority.

International customers who need a faster shipment should convo me and we can set something up. Otherwise, it's going via regular international mail.

Orders received during "normal" business hours will be shipped out the following day. Sometimes, I do hop to it and get it out the same day. If the order is received on a weekend, they will be shipped out the following Monday.

Refunds and Exchanges

In general, I do not take refunds but still, write me and we can try to work something out. If it was a custom job, then I cannot accept a return.
