The items shown can be done in any color. I will be changed to your preference at your request. Simply note the request in the “message to seller” section of your etsy order.

Bears & Animals
No two Critters are alike. If you want a special order for one you will have a one of a kind. They are not meant to be played with for small children. Can cause choking in smaller children.
All children toys & critters are made for children and safe from harm.


WEAR & CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

All clothes made by Lyse comes with basic instructions for care.

All items are made in a smoke-free

Payment

Payment is expected at time of order through Paypal. For orders to destinations within NY State, the appropriate sales tax will be charged. Should you need to cancel your order for any reason, please convo me immediately, or send an email to lysecreations [!at] yahoo.com.

Shipping

All items ship within 2-3 business days of payment. If you need your order faster, please send me a message and I will make every effort to accommodate your request. US orders ship via UPS Ground; international orders ship via USPS International Priority; insurance and tracking are always included. Each hat ships in it’s own hatbox, which makes the package slightly larger, hence the slightly higher shipping charges. However, besides being lovely, this packaging ensures that your hat will arrive safely and in pristine condition.

**please note: custom and duty fees imposed on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please feel free to contact me with any questions, comments or concerns you may have. If you are at all displeased with your order for any reason, I am happy to arrange for an exchange or a full refund. Please contact me within three days of receipt of your order to make arrangements.
