Welcome to my store of Japanese craft items. I have japanese books, fabric and some accessories. I constantly update my store's inventory with new items and you can always request for me to look for something you are interested. So feel free to contact me. If it's still available here in Japan then I can get it for you. I would say that I'm a crafter so please stick to craft items as other things here on Okinawa are harder to find. I'm not a personal shopper but I can locate any craft item you are looking for. If you are looking for something not craft related you may still email me and I might know someone that can help you find your item. :)

Payment

I accept Paypal, Money order or RME. Just email me if you would like to pay via RME and choose other as method of payment and I'll send you an invoice. :)

Shipping

I ship US packages via USPS and any packages that are overweight. All other countries go via the Japanese post office. I can send via SAL, Airmail or EMS. My default shipping is SAL but if you would like to upgrade to Airmail or EMS you may do so at an extra charge.

USPS Priority Mail or First Class mail, depending on the weight takes anywhere from 5-10 days to receive from a here on Okinawa. I will ship anything that weighs over 13oz priority and anything under will go First Class. If you would like to add insurance or Delivery confirmation or any other service please let me know in the notes section of your order or via email. If you would like me to send Express I will do so at extra cost to you.

SAL usually takes about 2-3 weeks. It is generally the best shipping method since it's the least expensive and it sometimes does get there quicker. On occation it can take longer than the 3 weeks but that would depend on volume at the post office.

AIRMAIL shipping takes generally between 10 days to 2 weeks. It's almost 2 times as expensive as SAL but is almost never late.

EMS is rapid shipping, only takes 3-5 days and has tracking. It is quite expensive so I would only do this if your items are small or you really really need it quick.

Insurance - I'm not quite sure but I think the only method of shipping that can have insurance is EMS. I have a language barrier with the post office but I will find out as I've been asked about this lately a lot. I know SAL will not be insured, sorry.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will not refund items lost in the mail as I don't have control over that. If there is an error in the order I will however fix it with you as best as possible. Contact me if there is anything wrong with the order and we will work it out.
