Payment

My preferred method of payment is PayPal. If you would prefer to not use PayPal, please contact me before checking out. I can accept credit and debit cards through my own merchant account and can work with you to process payment this way.

I request receipt of payment within 7 days of purchase. If this will be a problem, please let me know. I reserve the right to re-list a purchased item if I have not received payment or if other arrangements have not been made within 7 days of purchase.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment. In general, I ship via the U.S. Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation. It’s the most economical way to get your new treasure to you. If you’re interested in other shipping options, please contact me.

Please be aware that, after July 30, I will be on an extended bike tour, which will affect shipping times a little bit. I will be very web 2.0 on this tour and will follow up with every order to confirm shipping dates and when you can expect to receive your items.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your new piece of jewelry. If you’re not, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. I accept returns on pieces that I am able to re-sell, minus a 10% re-stocking fee.

If you're concerned that something might not fit right or if you’re interested in a minor modification of one of my pieces, please contact me prior to purchase so that I can be sure you’ll be most happy with the piece you receive.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I stand behind my work and guarantee that all Tangerine Treehouse jewelry be free of defects in workmanship. If any of the metalwork or mechanisms should fail, I will happily repair the piece for free. Please be aware, though, that natural materials are fragile and are not guaranteed to last forever. While all pieces are sealed for durability, please treat your Tangerine Treehouse jewelry gently and keep away from extended contact with moisture.

Been wearing your Tangerine Treehouse jewelry so much that it needs a bit of cleaning? I recommend a very slightly damp q-tip to pick up any dust that may have settled, and a nail buff to bring silver parts back up to a nice matte shine.

Please note: Due to the hand-crafted nature of each piece, there may be slight alterations between the product received and the image displayed.
