Welcome

Pixie Soap is a cottage industry located in historical Plymouth, MA, with a love and passion for making quality, natural, handmade soaps.

My philosophy is to make high quality products with as little impact on the environment as possible. Less is more.

You will find my packaging to be nice but minimal, recyling of bubble wrap and packing peanuts are always a given here.

Payment

All forms of payment via Paypal accepted - Please pay within 3 days and e-checks will need to clear prior to shipment.

Credit Cards OFF Paypal accepted - Just choose other and I will send an email for you to pay through my vendor at a secured site (I use Propay).

RME accepted - Just choose other and place RME in notes to seller.

Personal checks, cashiers checks and money orders accepted but will need to clear prior to shipment.

Shipping

I believe in honest and fair shipping. I will reimburse any payments that are more than $1.00 over the actual shipping charge. I always try to use the least expensive method that will not take forever.

US SHIPPING:

Packages under 13 ounces are generally mailed via First Class USPS. All others are sent via Priority Mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Orders under 13 ounces are generally mailed International Ground. All others I try to use the International Priority Mail Envelope.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of the products, returns are not accepted.

If item was damaged during transit, please contact me asap.

If you are not happy with your purchase please let me know, something can always be worked out.

ALLERGIES - Please read all ingredients or feel free to convo me anytime with concerns or questions. As with any new product please patch test first.

FEEDBACK -I will leave feedback when I know you have received your item and are happy with your purchase.

GIFT GIVING? I will mail directly to recipient. Feel free to ask me to send a personal note along with it, I love that!

INVOICES - I generally do not print an invoice of your order to put in the package, we all have copies here on Etsy. If you would like one, please let me know, otherwise, I am saving some trees!

All listings are for one item, unless otherwise specified. I do tend to use multiple items just for photo shoot.

Custom orders, your own soap loaves, wholesale and consignment are welcome. Just send a convo.
