Payment

We accept paypal. CA orders pay 8.25 sales tax. No cancellations accepted. Order add ons allowed only with prior approval from Starring Fragrances.

Shipping

We only charge actual shipping. We will refund any overage. We will combine items. We ship USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class for small sample or wax melt orders.

We will ship to any country. International customers we ship USPS First Class, you will be charged seperately for shipping after order is weighed. Please note, the 'organic alcohol perfume' cannot be shipped overseas. Please purchase the 'organic oil perfume' instead. Any International orders that buy the alcohol base are subject to having them subsituted to oil without prior notice.

Refunds and Exchanges

No refunds or exchanges accepted due to sanitary control.
