Welcome! This is the place for colorful, fun, and unique polymer clay art and accessories. Thanks for stopping by! Please read through my policies, and feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Please feel free to contact me with trade requests, but keep in mind I will not always be able to trade.

Payment

Unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance, payment is expected immediately upon purchase, or within three days if a revised invoice needs to be sent. Sale will be canceled if payment is not made within one week of purchase.

Shipping

Items are shipped within three business days of receiving payment via USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation. International shipping of small items is listed fore global priority flat-rate envelopes. If you would like a more economical shipping option, please contact me with your location.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase! Please contact me within fourteen days of receiving the item if there are any problems, and we will work out either a refund or exchange. Sorry, but I cannot refund shipping costs.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you are satisfied with your purchase, positive feedback is always appreciated. I leave feedback either a week after the delivery confirmation shows that you have received the item, or once I have confirmation (through feedback or convo) that you have received and are satisfied with your item.

If for any reason (i.e. purchasing an item to give as a gift) you would like me to delay or bypass giving feedback, please let me know at the time of purchase.
