Payments are to be made via Paypal upon completion of your purchase.

Cancellation Policy

It is your responsibility as a customer to check all details including cost, postage, terms etc before hitting the BUY button.

It is unfair to purchase an item from a vendor and then convo them after the fact with queries regarding postage etc.. Please remember you can ask as many questions as you think necessary before making a purchase. I will help you as much as I can.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or queries.

I am happy to take custom orders so feel free to convo me to discuss.

Shipping

Due to physical limitations, I am unable to visit the post office every day. However, I do aim to mail packages twice a week. If your order is urgent or you cannot wait, please contact me to discuss prior to making a purchase.

Here are my standard shipping arrangements:

Within the UK

Recorded Delivery is used for all items sent within the UK.

If you require Special Delivery please convo me for a quote before ordering.

Everywyere Else
***************
Items will be sent via Airmail.

If you require Airsure (priority handling) or International Signed For (signature upon receipt), please convo me for a quote so that I can adjust your invoice.

The approximate cost of a signed for or tracked service from the UK to the US is around £5 depending on the service.

These international signature and tracked services are not available in every country in the world so please convo me to discuss priority shipping to your destination.

Shipping/postage for repairs/returns

In the event of a repair or exchange^^ (see below) the customer will cover the cost of all postage. The cost will be agreed in advance before returning the item. Please note that I do not make any money on postage.

Posting goods

'In stock' items will be posted within 3 working days after payment has been received. Please note that I cannot guarantee next day postage at the moment due to physical limitations.

Custom orders will be posted upon completion and we will agree a timeframe before work is commenced.

Refunds and Exchanges

^^I won't sell anything that I wouldn't care to purchase myself. Therefore you will always receive something from me which is made to a very high standard using the best materials and the best of my ability.

What does this mean?

As my customer I would be more than happy to repair or replace an item in the event of the following incidents:

1) lost or damaged in the post
2) damaged during usage
4) damaged due to wear and tear

Personalised Items

I cannot exchange personalised Items but I will always be happy to repair them where possible.

In the event that we cannot come to an agreement of what action should be taken, I will refund you the cost (less postage) of the item providing it is returned to me.

Payment (including postage) is to be made in full before any work is undertaken. I'm sorry if you don't agree with this but it has become a necessity due to previous disappointments.

I work from home in a clean smoke free house.

I own a short haired tabby cat called Jade, who is kept away from my work area. I dislike cat hairs on my clothes and in the house and I will double & triple check to ensure that items are 'Jade' free.

I am a self taught crafter and I try to read and attend workshops where possible to progress my skills.

I am unable to work with Angora wool as it causes me an allergic reaction. Crazy but true!
