Payment

Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept payment through PayPal only. (Credit Cards may be processed through PayPal - no PP account required.)

***** Please Note: all sales are binding, per Etsy TOU (Terms of Use). If you have questions about a listing, please contact us via Etsy Conversations prior to going through the checkout process. Purchases will not be shipped until payment is received in full.

Shipping

DOMESTIC -
Hats and larger items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
Paintings are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
Smaller or lightweight items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL –
All items will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail International, with customs slip and Certificate of Mailing.

***** Please Note: Insurance is not included in any shipping. It may be added at buyer’s request, for an additional charge (varies according to value and destination). Just contact us prior to purchase, or include a request for insurance in the Note to Seller box during checkout and wait for a revised invoice before paying.

***** We recycle/re-use clean shipping materials when available and practical.

Refunds and Exchanges

For CLOTHING (dresses, tees, legwarmers, etc.):
Items may be returned at the buyer's expense, within 7 days of receipt (determined by DC on domestic purchases) for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs. Please contact us via Etsy conversation, or e-mail, to arrange the return. Returned items must be in original condition. No refund will be issued until the original item has been returned.

For ARTWORK, PLUSHIES, TOTES/BAGS, and ACCESSORIES not worn on the head or face:
Items may be returned at the buyer's expense, within 7 days of receipt (determined by DC on domestic purchases) for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs. Please contact us via Etsy conversation, or e-mail, to arrange the return. Returned items must be in original condition. No refund will be issued until the original item has been returned.

For HATS, HAIR ACCESSORIES, EYE PATCHES and MASKS:
**All sales are final** Except in the event that one of these items is not as advertised, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. If an item meets the exception, requests for refund or exchange, less shipping costs, must be made within 7 days of receipt (determined by date of DC on domestic purchases). Returned items must be in original condition. No exchange or refund will be issued until the original item has been returned.

Additional Policies and FAQs

HOLDS or RESERVES: We will be more than happy to hold an item for you, up to one week, by placing a reserve on it. Just convo us! After one week, if you have not purchased the item, the reserve will be removed and the item will be available for purchase by anyone. Longer hold or reserve periods may occasionally be allowed if discussed and agreed on in advance, and may require a deposit.

CUSTOM ORDERS: We love to do custom work! Just convo us with your ideas and we will be happy to work with you, subject to availability of materials and how soon the item is needed. Costs of custom orders will vary, and no work will begin until a price has been agreed upon. Also, a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied toward the total cost of the item, will be required before any custom or design work is started.

FEEDBACK: We will wait until delivery has been confirmed, by either direct communication from the buyer (convo, email or feedback), or through the USPS dated Delivery Confirmation system, before leaving buyer feedback. Please note that currently, all feedback on Etsy is publicly viewable, including all item details (except purchase price). If you desire privacy for your purchase, or wish to delay the receipt of feedback for a length of time, don't hesitate to contact us.
