☀☀☀☀Holiday Shipping Schedule☀☀☀☀
Because I'm a "one woman show", I do all my order packing by myself. I'm currently running about two to three business days (M-F) out in shipping orders.If you are in a hurry for your beads, please let me know by sending me a CONVO. I can always accommodate a rush order.

A Note About CHAINS.. Etsy is no longer allowing us to sell finished chains in our shop. IF you are looking for a finished chain, I do have a nice assortment of sterling silver chains and I would be happy to make you a reserve listing.

Colorado residents will be charged 2.9% sales tax which is added on by Paypal.

Payment

I accept Paypal and will accept Money Orders on a case by case basis. Please contact me if you would like to pay by Money Order.

Payment on orders is expected at the time of purchase. I reserve the right to cancel any unpaid orders unless prior arrangements have been made. I am more than happy to make you a reserve listing or to even hold an order (before it's purchased).

Shipping

A note about Shipping and Handling. My shipping fees do include a small handling fee. This fee covers the new bubble mailer, postage, insurance, baggies, labels. The S/H fee also covers the fee that I pay to Endicia for their service as well as any labor involved in packing orders.

Both domestic and international orders include FREE Insurance. Domestic orders have Delivery Confirmation included in the shipping and handling fee.

••Shipping to U.S. Addresses••
All orders are mailed by First Class Mail and include Delivery Confirmation and FREE Insurance!


••Shipping to International Addresses•• All items are mailed by U.S. Mail First Class service and Insurance is included on International orders. Please allow up to to six weeks for international packets to arrive. I can't file a missing item form until this time. (most will arrive sooner) I am required by law to include a customs form and I cannot mark your purchase as a gift. And, so that you are aware you may be charged duty by your postal carrier.

Other Important Information
Orders are mailed anywhere from 1-4 business days from your date of purchase/payment depending on the volume of sales that I am processing. If you are in a hurry for your order, please send me a convo and I will expedite your order. In an effort to save a few trees, I do not include an invoice in your order. If an invoice is needed please print a copy from your purchases area of Etsy.

Purchases are mailed in a brand new bubble mailer, please recycle or reuse these mailers if you can.

Refunds and Exchanges

I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. If you are unhappy for any reason or have a problem with your order, please let me know before leaving feedback. I am more than happy to return or exchange an item. Please contact me right away with any problems with your order.

Additional Policies and FAQs

---FEEDBACK--- (IMPORTANT UPDATE)
I am no longer automatically leaving feedback due to the high volume of sales that I am processing and Etsy's antiquated feedback system. Even with the new "bulk" feedback tool we still can't leave large amounts of feedback easily or automatically.

So, if you would like me to leave you feedback, please either send me a convo or make a note on your order **at the time of your purchase**. Otherwise, once your transaction has slipped into my feedback, it's very difficult for me to locate it. Thanks for understanding.

Another important note about feedback. I believe that just about all issues can be resolved through communication. So, if you have a problem with your order, please contact me first before leaving a neutral or negative feedback comment. I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if I'm made some kind of mistake on your order, I'll happily correct it.

Note that monitors vary. I make every attempt to capture the item photographed as it really looks. But item may look different on your monitor.

---SPECIAL REQUESTS AND RESERVE LISTINGS---
Please contact me by e-mail or convo if you have any special requests or if you would like a reserve listing. If you have any other special requests (expedited shipping, priority mail...), please contact me by e-mail. If you are planning on buying a large number of items from me, please contact me for a reserve listing. I can make you a reserve (custom) listing with a reduced shipping charge.
