First I would like to thank The Butterfly Boutique model. She is always very reliable, steady, and never complains about the long hours. :) I use the Barbie head to give a somewhat accurate idea of what the items might look like on a child’s head. Barbie is not my child’s toy. She was purchased and is used for the sole purpose of modeling for me. This way all my hair accessories are still new and UNused! Everything is made in a clean, smoke, and pet free home.

I can happily add a non-slip strip to any hair accessory purchase, just ask.

I can also send more pictures on request.

Payment

I happily accept many forms of payment. I will accept checks (please allow time and patience for the check to clear), money order, cash (not recommended for security reasons), and direct banking (check sent directly from your account to me by the bank).

I also accept PayPal. PayPal payments are accepted in US Dollars. I have two PayPal accounts to help keep my prices low for myself and my customers. The account set up in my Etsy store is a personal account and PayPal will not allow this account to accept Credit and/or Debit card payments. It will accept funds already in your PayPal account, or e-check from your bank. If you would like to pay with a credit or debit card (only) please make payments to my snowschushopping [!at] gmail.com account.

If you are having any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will attempt to assist you in anyway that I can.

Shipping

FLAT RATE SHIPPING... first class shipping for just $2!!!
The shipping price quoted is for domestic shipping only. I will happily ship anywhere you like. Just contact me with your Country and postal code before you purchase for a shipping quote. Or look at postal quotes online.

I ship using USPS First Class shipping, unless you prefer a different shipping method, just let me know in the “message to seller“. All items are shipped within 48 hours of payment clearing (excluding weekends and holidays). Unless it is a special, custom order, or otherwise stated.

All items shipped within the US are shipped using Delivery Confirmation. The DC number will be sent to the email you have on file with PayPal.

If your Etsy and PayPal address differ, please let me know in the “message to seller” note during checkout. If you do not notify me and I cannot reach you within 48 hours after the payment is received. I will ship to the address furnished during Etsy checkout.

I try to pack every item safely and securely, tissue wrapped and boxed. Some items may need to be readjusted or fluffed when taken out of the package, or before wearing.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me if you have any issues.

Any returned items must be returned in their original packaging or similar (a sturdy shipping box with internal padding) and must be mailed USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation.

I try to get two good pictures of every item I sell, and I also try to accurately describe details to the best of my abilities. Of course at times I overlook things; I may have a different idea of the style, color, pattern, or I may even miss a flaw. If you feel I have grossly misrepresented anything in anyway please contact me and I will do my best to "make things right"! Each return is handled on a case by case basis.

Additional Policies and FAQs

***Non-Payment***
If you purchase something and change your mind before paying please let me know and I will cancel the transaction. I will NOT leave negative feedback for canceled transactions. This does not apply to custom orders. I will leave negative feedback for buyers who don't contact me to cancel the transaction.

If you are having issues with PayPal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will do whatever I can to accommodate your needs.


***Custom Orders***
I happily fill custom orders! If you have an idea of something you would like just let me know!
custom order pricing is as follows:
Traditional Single Layer Bows
2" bow = $2
3" bow = $3
4" bow = $4
5" bow = $5
6" bow = $6
...etc.
Pricing is for one layer Hair Bows!
Each additional layer add $1.00.
Novelty Bows, Clippies, Headbands, Pony O’s, etc. priced seperately.


***Wholesale Opportunities***
Discounts will be as follows, unless a deal is otherwise worked out via conversations.
5-9 items = 10% discount
10-24 items = 20% discount
25-39 items = 30% discount
40-49 items = 40% discount
50+ items = 50% discount


***Other***
Some items may contain small parts that could pose as a choking hazard. Use caution at your own discretion.
To prevent any parts from coming undone, I try to make sure every thing is properly secured. At times I may use extra thread or glue. This not only increases the safety but also the durability of each item.
On some items the glue may be visible when studied closely. This in no way detracts from the beauty of the item. The glue is clear and cannot be seen from a reasonable distance. Please don’t try to pick it off. It could make the decoration fall off or come loose.

I use a few different style clips when making hair bows and accessories. A picture is included to show the different types of clips that may be referred to. Don’t let some of the wording in the picture be confusing. I use this display at craft shows.

Let me know in the "message to seller" if this is a gift. I can mail it directly to the recipient “gift ready”. If you would like me to include a gift card and small note (there is no extra charge for the gift card and note) just let me know.
