It's all about me. I do everything from the ground up to create my pieces. Design, fabric sourcing, pattern-making, washing, cutting, ironing, sewing. My goal is to create comfortable, wearable "lady-like" clothing that won't fall apart after one wash and to sustain a business for myself. I am allergic to bosses and love working for myself.

Payment

At this time I only accept payment through Paypal. If you MUST pay by personal check or money order, email me at bellenoelleonline [!at] gmail.com and maybe we can work something out.

Please allow me two weeks (14 days) for custom orders. Most ship sooner. Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a huge discrepancy on my part with what was ordered and what you received.

Shipping

I ship USPS First Class (2-5 days) . If you would like expedited shipping or insurance, please contact me either through convo at the top of the screen or at bellenoelleonline [!at] gmail.com

Item will be shipped no later than 7 days after full payment.

Refunds and Exchanges

I accept returns and will give a full refund (minus shipping) for items returned in the same condition received within 5 days. Please contact me through convo or bellenoelleonline [!at] gmail.com and let me know that you will be returning an item.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am available for wholesale orders. I accept consignment orders from shops within 50 miles of Champaign, IL.
