Welcome

My process involves casting epoxy resin, imbedding fine papers and objects. I only use sterling silver ear wires and findings in my earrings so your pieces will not tarnish or bother your pretty lobes. Resin is VERY lightweight!
I can substitute surgical steel, kidney or lever back earwires if you like for an additional cost. I can also do certain shapes in clip on styles, please message me if you are interested!

Payment

Paypal only at this point, although please contact me if you would like to discuss something else. Please pay immediately after purchase, or if you can't let me know right away, or I will worry you slipped and hit your head while logging into paypal and that I am the only one who knows and somehow need to find help....
If I do not receive payment in 5 days without contact, I will cancel the sale.

Shipping

I ship first class parcel post, which takes 3-5 business days, because it is the most affordable option. If you would like expedited shipping, I can usually do, just convo me for a quote. I promise to ship all pre-made items within three business days after purchase, although I tend to do it the next day, if not the same day-- I am good like that. All my packages have delivery confirmation. And I am willing to ship anywhere in the world.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not offer refunds. I put my heart and soul into my work, and want you to be supremely satisfied. If you do change your mind, I am more than happy to do an exchange, just convo me to let me know, and send it on back. If something is damaged or lost in the mail, I will do my best to work with you and the post office to locate it or get reimbursed for the value.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If anything ever falls and breaks, snaps in half, or is otherwise compromised, I would be happy to fix it. Just let me know, and send it back. I will mail it to you fixed if fixing is possible.
I am more than willing to do custom orders! I can imbed pretty much anything in resin, create custom shape molds, recreate most sold items, or alter something to fit your tastes-- if you like a certain earring but wish it were a smaller shape, let me know. I don't charge extra!
