Hello!

I'm Gina McKinnis and this is my etsy store. I'm a self taught artist, ceramicist, and designer. I love to create something every day.

Payment

Payment is due when you place your order, and must clear before I will ship out an item. If you do not pay for your order within three days, I reserve the right to cancel the sale. Please convo me if something comes up, I am pretty understanding if I know what's going on. I accept all major credit cards and check payments via PayPal and Revolution Money Exchange. You CAN use a credit card to submit payment via PayPal even if you do not have an existing paypal account.

Shipping

I try to ship within 1-2 days of order. Be sure to convo me if you want the item to be rushed. I will ship large items like paintings via UPS. Smaller packages will be mailed Priority Mail or 1st class. If you prefer that I use Priority, please let me know so I can send you an updated invoice. If you want to insure your packages against loss and damage, please let me know in your purchase and I will gladly invoice you for the shipping upgrade and provide tracking information. I cannot be held responsible for lost mail.

I haven't had many problems with the Post Office, but you don't want to be one of the few!

Note to International Buyers : If you request shipping outside of the United States there may be additional duties or customs fees applied to your order. Convo me first and I will send you a new invoice. Any duties or customs fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

For Ceramics: I really hope you love your purchase, but if you feel the items you received are not what you expected, you may return them in excellent condition within 10 days for a refund, minus shipping charges. You must contact me before returning an item. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. If an item is received damaged, please contact me so I can make arrangements to replace it for you. I pack fragile items very carefully.

For Original Art: All sales are final. Please be aware that no refunds are given, unless your item was damaged or lost during transit and insurance against damage or loss was purchased.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All Artist Copyrights of images and designs remain with me, and no rights of reproduction or otherwise are obtained by purchase of these items.
