Welcome to VanDerHoekArt. Below you'll find more information about payments, sales tax, shipping, returns and custom orders. I work very hard to make sure you have a positive experience shopping here because your satisfaction is very important to me.

Payment

PayPal is preferred for all items. California residents add 7.75% sales tax (I will email you an updated invoice with the sales tax included).

Shipping

Most original oil paintings are shipped via US Priority Mail. Larger oil paintings are shipped UPS. Both are fully insured, just be sure to keep the original packaging. Prints, notecards, ACEOs and magnets are shipped via US first class mail. On all international shipping the buyer is responsible for customs fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your painting for any reason please return it within 7 days via Priority Mail with insurance for a refund (shipping costs will NOT be refunded, however). Your satisfaction is very important to me so please contact me if there are any problems.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Do you see a painting of mine that you like but you want a different size? Convo. me and I will recreate the painting for you in the size you want. Custom orders typically take between 2-3 weeks and include drying time for the oil paint.
