Welcome

We are Heather & Mel and share a common love of jewellery. Jewellery is fun, can be a little crazy if you want it to be :) and it can make a statement!
We hope you will enjoy our creations as much as us creating them :)

All convos and emails are usually replied within 24hrs. If you don't hear from us within a week, it is not that we are ignoring you but the message was lost in transmission. Please send it to us again.

Payment

Our prices are in USD
You do not need to sign up with Paypal for payment via credit card.

Singapore buyers: Payment can be made via Paypal & bank transfers. Bank account number will be provided after the sale has been finalised.

International buyers: Payment can be made via Paypal only.

We appreciate that payment is made promptly (within 3 days) so that we will be able to mail your purchases promptly too.

Shipping

We ship using Registered Mail via Singpost or Speedpost for your purchases.

We will be able to provide a tracking number for registered mail and if you decide to go with regular mail, we will refund the difference but will not be held responsible if your purchases goes missing.

All purchases will be shipped to the registered Paypal address, please let us know if you would like us to mail it to another address under "message to seller".

We will ship within 3 working days after payment have been cleared. Items paid for on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following Monday.

International buyers: Do know your own customs & taxes as we are not responsible for them.

Refunds and Exchanges

All items sold are non-refundable.

We bear no responsibility over lost purchases due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer during checkout.

In any unfortunate event that items were damaged during shipping, please notify us within 24hrs after receipt and we will work out an arrangement.

Additional Policies and FAQs

In order to keep postage cost low for destash items, they will be in ziplock bag and bubble wrapped to prevent damage. For jewellery purchases, they will be wrapped with tissue & ribbons, and in organza/fabric pouches.
All purchases will be placed in recycled bubble mailer in our efforts to be kinder to the environment.
