Payment

All payments are due at the time of purchase, and paypal is the only accepted form of payment.
Please note that according the the Dos and Don'ts of Etsy, buyers are required to make immediate payment when paying with paypal. Non-paying buyers will receive a reminder to pay on the date of purchase, and a paypal invoice the following day. I will leave negative feedback and the cancel the sale if payment is not received within 3 days.
I can work with people who are interested in items that they cannot pay for immediately, but only before the item has been purchased on etsy.

Shipping

Please make sure that your paypal shipping address and your etsy shipping address are the same and correct. If the two addresses don't match, shipping will be delayed until I receive confirmation of the correct address.

Orders ship every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, whichever is the next business day following payment. Everything under the "Bags and Clutches" section of my shop is shipped via USPS priority mail. Everything else is shipped USPS first class. Insurance is available upon request. I will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit that are shipped without insurance.

If you are located outside of the United States: Please be aware of your country's customs policies. Any taxes, fees, or duties associated with shipping to your particular country are not included in the shipping price and will have to be paid by you.

Refunds and Exchanges

I try my best to provide accurate photographs and detailed descriptions of the products I offer. I also take great care insuring that everything I make is high quality and durable. If you have any questions about an item, please contact me before purchasing. I will not accept returns on any items. You may exchange an item within 7 days if it is defective (first class shipping cost will be reimbursed after the item is received), but I need to be notified immediately of the problem. I sometimes offer items with minor defects at a discount, but all issues are fully disclosed in the item's description. No exchanges will be accepted for these items.

Additional Policies and FAQs

In an effort to not bombard my customers with emails, I will not send out a confirmation that I received an order. If your order has been completed properly, you will receive and automated email from etsy that includes a message from me at the bottom, and an automated email from payal. If you would like confirmation that I received your order, click "contact kateisgreat80" and I will respond.
Paypal will automatically send a shipment notification email when I print a shipping label through them. If you order a single card or live outside the US, I will send a conversation on etsy notifying you that your item has been sent. You can read these conversations through your regular email, but if you need to respond please log onto etsy and reply to the convo
