Hello there, and welcome to our shop!

Everyone is unique, and so why not wear jewelry that is unique and one of a kind? Or buy handmade cards, that stand out as different, dimensional and fun?

We would love to hear suggestions or any feedback you may have. We certainly do custom orders, so don't hesitate to ask!

Payment

We accept a variety of payment types:

Certapay email money transfers (from Canadian banks)
Personal cheques (there will be an approximate 14 day delay while the cheque clears your bank)
Postal money orders

I also accept paypal. Please indicate whether you are using a funded paypal account or a credit card account, so I can send you the proper invoice.

Payment within 3 days of sale is expected. I check my email several times each day, and will get generally back to you the same day with any questions.

Shipping

I ship via the good ol' Canadian post office. I can offer upgraded shipping and insurance, do inquire if you are interested, and I will get back to you with the current rates.

I generally ship on Tuesdays, although I may make it to the post office another day if I'm lucky! If you need an item quickly, convo me and we can try to work something out.

Refunds and Exchanges

All the jewelry in my shoppe is hand made. If something has a defect or needs to be fix, you can mail it back to me and I will attempt to fix it. Refunds will only be given if there is truly something unfixable about the item.

I do need to hear from the buyer within 7 days of receipt of the item if there is a problem.

If on the slight chance something needs fixing later, contact me, and we can work something out with regards to repairs.

Once a parcel leaves our studio, we are not responsible for loss or damage through the postal system. If you are worried about damages, please, opt to purchase insurance.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I welcome custom orders. I find it a challenge to create something that a customer will like given some ideas. Feel free to convo me with any questions you may have.

Consignment and wholesale offers considered on a case by case basis. It doesn't hurt to ask!
