Welcome

I'm Kat in Cleveland, OH and I've been making badges for about six years now. I do both 1" and 2 1/4" sizes at present, as well as magnets and mirrors. I also produce keychains occassionally. All of the items in my store are either made in small runs or custom made to order.
I'm a crafting and art fiend so my store's been known to features things like incense, paintings, and music that I've made on top of the usual selection of pins.

Payment

I accept PayPal only and therefore require payment within 3 days. Items not paid for in 3 days will be reported to etsy as unpaid. I don't cancel orders per se -- if you don't pay for it, I report it.

Shipping

I ship all orders within 1-2 days, almost always the same or next mailing day. This goes for Monday through Friday. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail in bubble mailers.

Refunds and Exchanges

I don't do refunds or exchanges frankly because 99% of what I sell here is worth less than $5. I've never had anyone ask, and I assume it's not worth your time or mine to get a $2.50 refund. Do let me know if you aren't satisfied with your pins though and I might be able to work something out. Also, while I cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail or stuck in customs, let me know if you haven't recieved your item in a reasonable amount of time.
