Payment

Paypal preferred, but I do accept Money Orders.

Orders will not ship until payment clears. E-check payments will delay shipping as they take several days to clear. Please contact me if paying by money order.

Payment is due within 3 days of purchase. If you are unable to, please CONVO me. If payment isn't received after 3 days and no contact has been made, I will cancel the sale.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped to your PayPal address via USPS. If you would like it shipped to a different address please convo me before you pay with the correct address.

All orders are shipped within 2 business days. Large or custom orders will be shipped per our convos. If you need something sooner, just give me a shout.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction the most important goal for me. If you are unhappy with the items you receive or if you are not 100% satisfied with the transaction, please CONVO me so I can try to resolve any problems. Returns may be accepted at 100% of sale price minus shipping costs if you contact me and return the items within ten business days. All returns must be unused and in original condition.

CUSTOM ORDERS - If you are completely unsatisfied with your custom bags and accessories, you may return it at 50% of sale price minus shipping costs. This is to cover materials and time to construct your item.
