All the creatures and goodness you'll find here is handmade by me. So if you have purchased something that is made to order or a custom piece please give a day or two extra so I can really spend time working on making your special piece.

Generally I make it a point to send out your package as soon as possible after your purchase. I don't know about you but when I purchase something on Etsy I can't wait get it and check excitedly everyday for it. So I don't want you to have wait long either.

Now, I do live on the north east coast(US)where at times the weather can be tricky. I do try my hardest and this is usually not a problem. Just something to keep in mind.

**Also on a different note.** Two lovely kitties live here with us in the studio. All wool creatures are kept securely away from them (because one of them does have a wool addiction). I say this because if you should have a severe allergy to cats I feel this is something you should be aware of.

Payment

Shipping costs account for not only shipping, but also packaging (when needed), and Etsy/Paypal fees.

I try to reuse packaging whenever possible.

Of course I will return anything you are unsatisfied with. Remember it's just me here in the studio and I can't accepted anything that was damaged unless the damage occurred during the shipping process.

Of course wholesale is also something I could work out on the a limited run only (since, like I said it's just me).
