Welcome

I love the look and feel of knitted lace. However, it can take more than 100 hours to make a delicate shawl. To share my love of lace, I offer smaller lace made items (so that I don't have to charge $$$ to compensate for my work) and some of the patterns I have created that I feel others would enjoy making.

Payment

I accept Paypal (Please don't panic when you see a different name. The paypal account is in my husband's name but it all goes into our mutual account) and can accept credit card payments through Paypal. I will also accept money orders through snail mail if that works better for you. I appreciate prompt payments. If you need some extra time, please let me know where you are at so I know that you really do want the item you purchased.

Shipping

If you buy a pattern from me, the shipping is free because it is a pdf file that I email to you and you print it out yourself.

For actual hand made items (made by me), I will ship priority mail within the US unless I specifically state otherwise in the actual listing. I am willing to ship outside the US but I need to know you are interested so I can figure out the shipping cost so please convo me.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If there are any problems or concerns, please let me know and I will make every effort to correct the problems, including refunding your money (including return postage if necessary) if you are not satisfied.

On my patterns, if you have ANY problems reading or understanding them, please let me know so I can help you. If you find an error in the pattern, I would really like to know about it so I can correct it for everyone. I did resend one of my patterns to all the people I sold it to after I found some major errors and corrected them. I will do that again if needed.

I generally do not take custom orders because I have great concerns about meeting your expectations. Thank you for looking at my shop.
