I just love to create stuff, what more can I say...hmmmm...okay I thought of something:
If you have purchased an item, then I thank you for supporting my shop and making me feel good about what I do!!!

Also, I am a big believer in up cycling/recycling and therefore will reuse envelopes that have been already used, although they will be sufficient for mailing, they may be the tiniest bit rough around the edges, but bear in mind that your item will be snugly and safely wrapped in colorful tissue to make up for it.

***SMOKE FREE HOUSEHOLD***I have a few pets, my furkids, but i do vaccuum frequently and own many sticky rollers. All items will be sticky-rolled!******

Payment

You can purchase with a credit card at my shop through PayPal. You do not have to be a PayPal member in order to do this. PayPal is just the facilitator, and does not require any kind of sign up, or personal information from you than any other kind of credit card processor.

TO THE BUYER: If you choose to purchase with a credit card and do not want to join PayPal, you still click on the PayPal icon. That will take you to a PayPal screen where you find the option "I do not have a PayPal account" and follow the instructions. It's easy and quick.

Shipping

All items are sent through Canada Post within 2 -3 days of receiving payment (if the item is purchased on Friday afternoon, or Saturday/Sunday, the item will be shipped Monday as Canada Post is not open on weekends) . Should you require shipping insurance, please contact me. Shipping time to the U.S. ranges from 1 - 3 weeks, but have been known to arrive by day 5 depending on your location. Canada Post estimates that items take one week to arrive at customs, and then 1 - 2 weeks to be delivered after that. Should you require faster shipping, please let me know.
***I will also refund any extra shipping costs more than one dollar, that I have quoted the shipping for.***

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your merchandise it may be exchanged or refunded if returned in good condition and within 3 weeks of delivery. You will receive your refund after the merchandise is returned in good condition minus a 15% restocking fee to cover Etsys' commission and Paypal fees. Shipping costs are not refundable and customer pays for return of item.
