Creative Writing Studios is a professional business, with the customer service you need and demand. When you order a service from me, you order from a professional writer and can be assured that you will get exactly what you are after.

I love to chat with you about your business presentation needs, so please let's chat if you are unsure of what service may be best for you. My toll free number is ready for you to use anytime you would like to call.

If you require a service that you don't see here or on my website, please let me know and I'll accomidate if possible.

Payment

Services purchased from Etsy are to be paid in full. Once payment is recieved, if necessary, a questionnaire will be sent to you-or a phone call made to you-to chat more about your needs.

If you would like a service listed on my website, please refer to my website policies for downpayment instructions.

Shipping

All finished projects are sent via email. Marketing lists are available on CD if you desire.

Refunds and Exchanges

All writing services and marketing lists are non-refundable. Once you have made payment for your writing service, please cancel within 24 hours if you no longer require that service. Once I have started on your project, initial payments and downpayments are non-refundable-so please cancel ASAP if needed.

Pre-written content pages are non-refundable.
