Payment

I accept PayPal for payment. I thank you ahead of time for your immediate payment upon checkout. If I don't receive your payment within 48 hours of your order, I reserve the right to cancel your order and re-list the items for sale to other Etsians.

You do not need to sign up with Paypal to pay with a credit card.

Shipping

> USA: $1.50 for 1st item; $0.50 for each add'l item
> EVERYWHERE ELSE: $3 for 1st item; $0.50 for each add'l item

All shipments are First Class (USA) & First Class International.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your order is shipped, I am NOT responsible for delayed, lost or damaged packages. If you would like insurance on your package, please convo me BEFORE you pay and I will send you a revised invoice with insurance added.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:
I will ship your order to the address you specify on the ETSY order, so please be sure that your PayPal address matches. THANK YOU.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be comepletely satisfied with the pieces you buy at my shop. If you're not, please email me to coordinate an exchange. I'll need to receive your item back within 7 days of your receipt. Exchanges only - sorry, no refunds.

Please send your items back to me in the original packaging via a trackable courier (UPS/FedEx), as I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable.

Looking to buy in quantity? Please convo me with the piece(s) that you are interested in and desired quantities of each.

Please feel free to contact me if you see a piece that you would like to have customized for you (longer or shorter chain, different earring hooks, different color options, etc).

Please note that custom orders are not returnable/refundable.
