Welcome to Viridian Muse/ Chelmorning. This is my little spot for all my fantasy art and fairie series.

Payment

I currently accept Paypal. I feel it's secure and easy to use for my customers and for myself as well.

Payment must be made within 24 hours and I reserve the right to re-list that item if your payment is not made within the 24 hour period. If you feel you'll be unable to make the 24 hour deadline feel free to contact me and I'll do what we can to work with you.

Shipping

I ship within 2-3 business days of your payment clearning. I do my best to ship as fast as possible. It is my goal to get your item to you as soon as it is postally possible. Custom orders will be shipped as soon as they are completed.

I ship First Class United States Postal Service, unless otherwise requested. If you would like an upgrade to Priority Mail please convo me and I'll send you an updated invoice with the change in postal charges.

I am not responsible for anything lost or damaged in shipping. If you are concerned about something happening I'll gladly get shipping insurance for you, just request it through convo and I'll send you and updated shipping invoice.

Any purchase $50.00 and over will have insurance and delivery confirmation (Us Packages only) placed on it free of charge.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
All custom orders will be shipped as soon as they are done. Custom orders require at least a weeks lead time. Please feel free to convo Chelsae and find out what the time frame will be.

Refunds and Exchanges

We currently do not offer refunds.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you are looking for custom fairy packs in specific colors, wedding favors or shower favors, don't hesitate to contact me. Large orders over 10 fairies will take longer than 10 days to complete. Please be sure to ask about scheduling for your event. I'd love to make your event a hot topic of discussion. The fairies are very popular for bridal, baby shower, and wedding favors!

I am very open to wholesale, and bulk orders. Please feel free to convo me and open a dialog.
