Welcome

Education is one of the most important things in a child's life, and it should be made as fun as possible!

All of our products are handmade in Southern Ohio. For more information on the StoryBlox™ line, visit our main site at www.storyblox.com. Please email if you would like to be added to our mailing list!

We do custom blocks and large orders. Please contact me directly for special requests and quotes.

All StoryBlox items come from a smoke-free, pet-free environment.

Payment

We accept payment through PayPal, *Postal* money order, or personal check. If you pay with a personal check, PayPal e-check, or money order we will hold your item until your payment clears.

If you are mailing your payment, we ask that you get it to us within 7 days of your order, if we do not receive it by then we may move to cancel the order, or your order may be delayed.

Shipping

For domestic orders we generally ship via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail.

For international shipping, we calculate the most economical shipping method (usually USPS First Class International or Priority International) depending on the weight of the item. For most orders, international shipping costs should already be calculated on the items.

We can offer expedited shipping on most items, please contact us for a quote, include your zip code or country, and the time frame you're looking for, so that we can get an accurate estimate.

We will add shipping insurance to your order upon your request, but do not offer it as a rule on most of our products (products that include insurance will mention it in the listing). The cost of insurance varies, so please send us a message before paying if you would like to add it to your order.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of these items, we do not generally accept returns (except in cases of incorrect shipments or quality issues), but we will consider issues on a case-by-case basis.

Our items are very rarely damaged in shipping, but it does happen on occasion. If you have not requested shipping insurance, we are not liable for damages during shipping. However, we have been known to make exceptions, so please feel free to contact us.

If an item is returned to us by the Post office, after an attempt has been made to deliver it to the address you provided, we will not refund the cost of shipping and handling. If this happens we will invoice you shipping and handling charges to resend the item. If you choose not to pay and your order was for a custom item, we will make no refunds. If your order was for stock items, we will refund the cost of the order, less the original shipping and handling charges.
