Payment

If we have not received your payment within 5 (Paypal) to 7 (postal money order) days we will contact you. If we do not receive payment or response by the 12th day, you will receive negative feedback and your item will be relisted.

Shipping

Our shipping prices include postage, packaging and handling. We discount shipping on additional items. We ship on Wednesday and Saturday. Note: If you purchase an item on Wednesday it will usually ship the following Saturday and vice versa.

We do our best to use recycled materials and in the smallest size possible (without sacrificing protective padding for the items) in our shipping to save on waste. If you have a problem with this, for instance if the item is a gift, please let us know in time to change it for you.

Expedited shipping and insurance available for additional charge, upon special request.

We absolutely WILL NOT use UPS, so please don't ask. If you want to use FedEx or DHL, contact us.

Refunds and Exchanges

No refunds. Please view pictures and read descriptions carefully, as we try to be as detailed and accurate as possible. Claims of extenuating circumstances will be considered on an individual basis, but buyer's remorse will not. If an item is damaged during shipping and insurance was not purchased, we cannot replace the item. If an item is returned to us by the postal service for any reason other than our error, buyer will be responsible for additional shipping to send it out again.

We would love to do a custom order for you! If you like one of our items but wonder if we can do a similar one in another color or size then please feel free to contact us. Or if you'd like to request something entirely new, we'd be happy to do that as well.
