Welcome to Madbags!

I am currently in the process of changing my business name to the Figg Boutique. I'm expanding my product line! My new shop will be www.figgboutique.etsy.com. Madbags on Etsy will continue to stay up until the change is final.

Payment

I currently accept Paypal. An existing Paypal account is not required to pay via this method. If you would like to pay with any major credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, or AA) simply select Paypal as your method of payment in the Etsy checkout, click on the green "Pay with Paypal" button, and follow the steps to pay with a credit card. Paypal will simply facilitate the transaction.

TAX
Mississipp residents pay 7% sales tax which should automatically add to your total when you pay via Paypal

Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, the items purchased will be re-listed and Etsy will be contacted about your failure to pay. If you have made a purchase and decide you do not want the item, please contact me within the 7 days to keep from having negative feedback.

Shipping

**Shipping in the US**
Most items are shipped via Priority Mail and arrive within 2-3 business days from date shipped. Delivery confirmation is included. An email notification will be sent to you once the item is ready to ship.

In-stock items ship out within 1-5 business days of purchase.

Made-to-order items vary. Please see individual item descriptions for a more accurate ship time.

**International Shipping**
Shipping is estimated for all countries. If you would like a quote to your specific address, please contact me and I will be happy to do so. If the shipping cost is less, I will adjust the shipping and create a custom listing for you.

FAQ's

1. Do you do custom work?

No, not at this time, however, if you see an item but would like to use a different fabric that is used in another item, in my shop, I will check to see if I have it in stock. If so, I will be happy to create a listing for you.

2. Do you sell wholesale?

I do not offer wholesale pricing as I try to give the best price for the time and cost I put into my items, however, I do offer discounts on large orders:
-Items in lots of 5 receive a 10% discount
-Items in lots of 20 receive a 15% discount
-Items in lots of 50 or more receive a 20% discount
Lots do not have to be in the same print, just the same style.

3. Do you have a mailing list?

Yes! If you would like to be updated with information and also great discounts and savings, get added to my e-mail only mailing list. Simply send an email to madbags [!at] bellsouth.com with "Please add me to your mailing list" in the subject line. Please be assured that your address will never be given out to anyone and you may be taken off this list at your request at anytime.
