All the jewellery is designed and handmade by me in a smoke and pet free home.
I value high quality customer service and hope to give my customers the same treatment I would like to receive.
All prices are in USD but please see www.xe.com for up to date currency conversions.
Please see below for my policies, if you have any further questions please feel free to message me and ask.

Payment

Please make payment within 5 days by PayPal or Google Checkout - these are both secure ways of paying.
If you would like to pay via PayPal you can even without an account, just choose PayPal as your payment method and it will take you through to the PayPal page. Here you can choose Credit Card payment and can also pay with a debit card.
If you would like to pay via Google checkout please select 'Other' and await an invoice. You will need to specify the email address you wish to use in the message to seller box during checkout.
if you have a problem with paying and would like me to hold an item longer than the 5 days please message me.

Shipping

Items are shipped from the UK to any destination. All listings show the prices for postage.
Your item will be wrapped in tissue paper and protected for posting.
Items will be posted out first class the day after payment is received. Please see the Royal Mail website for details on delivery times.
I will inform you when your item has been shipped and I will obtain a proof of postage.
Any charges incurred from customs is the responsibilty of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

All items leave me in excellent condition but to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items if they are damaged or faulty within 28 days. Refunds will be made via PayPal.
It will be your responsibilty as the buyer to pay for any further postage costs incurred.
