Payment

My preferred method of payment is PayPal. If you need to use a different payment method, please contact me. Taxes are included in my prices. If you place an order and need to cancel, you may do so if I have no yet shipped the item. Once it is shipped, you may return it to me and receive a refund for the item but not the shipping.

Shipping

I ship within 48 hours of received/cleared payment, (providing it's not a weekend or holiday, I can't really get to the post office when it's closed).

Refunds and Exchanges

All of my beads are made by hand, annealed in a digitally controlled kiln, cleaned, checked, and packaged carefully before I mail them out to you. I have high personal standards for my work, and do not sell anything that does not live up to these standards.

Basically, if there are any problems with your purchase, I want to make it right for you.

- If you are simply unhappy with your beads (if they don't look the way you expected, even), you can return them and I will refund your purchase minus the shipping. I would appreciate it if you contacted me within approx. 30 days for this type of return.
- If a bead arrives cracked or broken, or if it cracks or breaks during normal use (I will hold you to the honor system!), I will send you a replacement at no charge. I am not putting a time limit on this. Quality lampwork beads like mine are meant to last for a long time.
