Payment

Buyers who choose immediate payment for their navylane purchases get the added benefit of good karma! Otherwise, payment is requested within 5 business days or your order may be canceled.

PayPal is preferred, because of convenience, but I will also accept money orders.

Shipping

Please be assured that every item you purchase from the navylane shop is packaged and shipped with the utmost care and concern.

Orders will be shipped via USPS or US Priority Mail within two business days of receipt of payment. Please convo me if you have any special shipping requests.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 5 days of receipt of purchased item(s) to discuss refunds/exchanges. I want you to be completely happy with your navylane goods!

Do you do custom orders?
· No, not usually. My creative vibe is quite spontaneous and sometimes creative time is limited, therefore so is my creative output. However, please feel free to convo me the details of what you have in mind, and I will definitely consider if I can accommodate your request!
