I personally hand cross stitch every last inch of what i sell to you. I do my work in a smoke-free, pet-free environment. I generally frame my work in frames I purchase at yard sales and antique stores (which keeps my costs down while adding some good recycling vibes to it all), and try to match up the appropriate cross stitch piece with just the right frame for optimal effect.

PayPal preferred.

Shipping

I try to keep costs low for everyone's sake. However, many of my items are framed and include a glass pane.

shipping within the united states:
If what you buy is at all breakable, I ship USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. If what you buy is unbreakable, I ship USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

international shipping:
Depending on the country you live in, it can take anywhere from 7-21 days for your package to arrive. On most international orders, I cannot put tracking on the package unless you would like me to use FedEx or DHL (for which your telephone number and non-P.O. box mailing address will be required).

Refunds and Exchanges

Determined on a case by case basis. I reserve the right to determine final say, given a clear explanation of why you feel a refund is warranted.
