Welcome to Meanbean!

We pride ourselves on recycling as often as possible. What does this mean to you?
*Your order will often be shipped in a box that has had a previous shipping life, but will NEVER be in poor condition.
*Any packing materials used inside the box are also recycled, often reclaimed from office shipments where it would end up in the trash.
*Paperwork is kept to a minimum in your shipment
*Many of our bags are created from fabric "sample books", which are used by interior designers. Because of this, many bags are one of a kind (OOAK)and may not be able to be reproduced.

If you are curious about a specific bag, just ask!

As we discover more ways to be as earth-friendly as possible, things will continue to change here. Again, if you want to know if the bag you've fallen in love with is OOAK or of recycled materials, just ask! We'll fully divulge the origins of each material.

Payment

Payment must be received before products will ship. Methods accepted are money order (please let us know if this is your choice!) or Paypal. Payment is expected within 3 days unless otherwise communicated by buyer.

Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of purchase, or else item will already be shipped, with the only exception of custom listings.

Shipping

Orders are generally shipped via USPS, and will be shipped via the least expensive route, unless otherwise requested by the buyer.

**Any excess shipping fees paid by the buyer will be refunded upon shipment.**

Meanbean will usually ship overseas. If you are outside of the US, contact Meanbean (click 'Contact meanbean' to your right) for an destination-specific shipping quote.

PLEASE NOTE Meanbean uses recycled shipping materials as often as possible. We never use dirty or ragged shipping materials, but more often than not, your package will arrive looking a little loved on. Rest assured, we only use clean packaging that is certain to hold your Beans securely on thier journey to you!

If for any reason you require new shipping materials, PLEASE contact Meanbean immediately so we may make arrangements to accomodate your request prior to your shipment going out!

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact us if you are unhappy with your product for any reason in the first thirty (30) days, and we will be happy to work with you! At this time we are accepting returns on a case by case basis

Additional Policies and FAQs

All items can be gift-wrapped for an extra $1.00 in occasion-appropriate paper. Drop-shipping within the US is done at no extra charge. Make sure to include "To:/From:" and send-to address information when checking out.

EVERY ITEM is handmade, and satisfaction is our goal! :)

While all Meanbean bags are created to be durable and take a beating, Meanbean makes NO claims to the safety and/or protection of items placed in Meanbean handbags
