Welcome to my Etsy store! I am Marie Cristine Lund and I love to make jewelry. Below is some information and shop polices. Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions you may have, I will do everything I can to help you have a great shopping experience!

Payment

I prefer paypal payments at the time of purchase but if you would like to to pay using another method please contact me to see if we can arrange something else.

Credit card customers can pay through Paypal WITHOUT signing up for paypal. If you would like more info on that just convo me!

Shipping

My jewelry comes shipped in a jewelry box inside a padded envelope. If you would like giftwrapping and/or personalized card no problem just convo me the details!
All in stock items will be shipped through Canada Post with delivery confirmation and/or insurance within 1 to 2 business days of completed purchase.
I am willing to upgrade if you would like, send me a conversation and we will work it out.

World wide shipping will be a flat free of $5.00usd. With orders of $200.00 or more shipping will be free!


For example, shipping a package that is a pair of earrings in a standard jewelry box within a padded envelope to the US using standard air mail costs me $6.45 plus packaging.

Refunds and Exchanges

In the rare case that an item just isn’t what you were expecting I will accept returns or exchanges of jewelry in its original new condition and packaging. Please contact me within 30 days from the postmark or within three days of recieving the package. The cost associated with returning an item will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Special order items are pieces that will be made once you have placed your order. Special order items usually ship within two weeks. If you are in a rush please contact me before you order and let me know how quickly you need the piece, I will do everything I can to accommodate you.


I welcome custom orders. I will work with you to create the perfect piece. Once a design has been decided on I will require half the payment in advance and the remainder once the project is completed, but prior to shipping. Custom orders cannot be returned.
