Payment is due at time of purchase unless previously arranged.

If payment is not made, the sale will be canceled after 24 hours of non-response to our emails and/or convo's requesting payment.

We are happy to walk you through the purchasing process if you need it. We also have no problem canceling a purchase if you've changed your mind. But in order to do this we need to hear from you, just send us a quick email and we'll work it out.

MONEY ORDERS

Due to an increase in non-paying buyers using money orders as payment, we have had to tighten our policies. We accept postal money orders from customers with 5 positive feedbacks or more. If you would like to pay using a money order, please let us know before your purchase and we’ll change the payment settings for you.

Money order payments must be received within 5-7 days.

Shipping

Shipping
All orders are sent out within 2 - 3 days after receiving payment.

Custom orders may be shipped anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order. A time frame will be given to you before purchase if requested.

We believe in re-use/re-purpose so our packaging consists of clean recycled material whenever possible.

We do offer expedited shipping – email us for a quote.

All of our domestic packages come with delivery confirmation.

Many of our items are packaged and shipped in boxes instead of padded envelopes because of the unusual shape of many of our soaps. If your order consists of flat bars of soap, it will arrive in a padded envelope to save you on shipping.

COST OF SHIPPING

SMALL ORDERS

Domestic: Packages weighing 1 - 13 ounces are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (2 -7 days transit time). Packages weighing 14 ounces and above are shipped using priority mail (2-3 days transit time).

International: Packages weighing up to 4 pounds are shipped using USPS First Class International. According to the USPS website, this method should take 7 – 10 days transit time. It has been our experience that packages may take longer to clear customs and can take up to 30 days to arrive. Duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

BULK PURCHASES

We can save you on shipping! We use flat rate shipping envelopes for our bar soaps:

LARGE BULK ORDERS:
This will be considered a custom order, please contact us for shipping quotes and time frames:
Domestic: for larger bulk orders and our shaped soaps, we can also save you on shipping by offering 2 flat rate priority boxes:
Medium Flat Rate Box $10.35 11" x 8-1/2" x 5-1/2"
Large Flat Rate Box $13.95 12" x 12" x 5-1/2"

We try to give you the lowest possible price for shipping your products to you.
Because it can be difficult to estimate a correct shipping charge sometimes, especially for international deliveries, we always refund any shipping charges that are over-paid above a $1.00 of the actual shipping cost. We will never ask you to pay more.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products we cannot give refunds and cannot accept products back for returns.

We do offer a store credit if there is a problem with your order. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your package
