I'm a dutch woman that loves to create plush monsters. I call my soft monsters Fluffels.
Each Fluffel is carefully handmade by me.

I'm located in the Netherlands.

Payment

You can pay with paypal or with bank transfer if you live in the Netherlands. You have to pay within 7 days else your order will be cancelled. Orders are send within a few days after receiving your payment. If the shipping will be later, this will be clearly stated on the website.

Shipping

I'm located in the Netherlands. Shipping to the USA takes 1-2 weeks. Shipping in Europa: 3-5 days

Refunds and Exchanges

If the order gets damaged during shipping, I will repair it for free. If it get lost during shipping, I'm sure we can work something out.
