Shipping

Shipping days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If you're ordering a custom item, it will usually ship within 5 days of receipt of payment.

If you order an item I've already made, it will ship on the next shipping day.

If you're in a super hurry, just convo me and I'll be happy to rush things along if at all possible!

Refunds and Exchanges

Items that are premade by me can be returned within one week of receiving, and you must convo or email me immediately upon receiving the item to let me know if you will be returning it. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
I make sure to have several pictures of each item as well as descriptions and measurements, so please check to see if something may be too big or small for you!

NO RETURNS on custom items.
I beg of you! Please make sure your ring size is correct! If you think your finger is a size nine and you order a size nine, I will send you a size nine. If you get your ring and realize your finger is a size 8... Maybe try another finger?

I want you to be happy with your ring, but I make each ring from scratch just for you and can only make the size you tell me to make.
You can have your fingers sized at any store that sells rings or download a printable ring sizer from here:

Most people's hands are not exactly the same, so if you wear an eight on your left hand, this may not be so for your right! It's better to be safe than stuck with a ring that won't fit you.
If at all possible please print out the above ring sizer. That way I can make it to that same size. I've learned that not all ring sizers and sizing mandrels are the same, sadly. This way we'll all be on the same page!
