Thanks for visiting my shop. I strive to make your shopping experience a pleasant one and provide you with friendly and fast customer service.

If you ever have an issue with your purchase, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

CUSTOM ORDERS ARE ONLY A MESSAGE AWAY! Please allow 7 days before items are shipped - just in case life gets in the way of me and my torch. I usually try to fill your order faster than this time frame though.

Payment

* Please make PAYPAL payments within 48 hours of purchase.
* If MAILING IN your payment (check or money order) please send me a quick note saying this is what you will be doing. The day your payment is received, I will send you a note acknowledging receipt and from then, it will be three days later that your purchase will be mailed out.
* INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - PAYPAL ONLY PLEASE.

Shipping

ITEMS WILL SHIP WITHIN 3 DAYS FROM PAYMENT RECEIPT. I ship via USPS First Class Mail with a tracking number. I print my shipping labels via Paypal so you will receive an email from them with a link for tracking your purchase.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - Shipping is USPS first class.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds minus shipping fees are available AFTER you have contacted me with the problem/reason and items have been shipped back to me in the same condition as received. Your refund will be made in the same manner as you paid: Paypal, check or money order.
