Payment
Payment:
I happily (and I do mean HAPPILY) accept checks, money orders and PayPal. Need to pay me in livestock? Send me a convo and we can chat about it.
Shipping
Shipping:
I ship via First Class mail as a general rule. Everything is well packed and secure in it's nest of bubbly wrapped goodness. If you prefer things be mailed to you using Priority Mail or another carrier such as UPS or Fed Ex, just let me know and I can price that out for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and Exchanges:
Glass is glass and can sometimes break. Sad but true. If anything EVER breaks, I will replace it for free. Just let me know. I want you to be a happy customer! If you'd prefer a refund, I will happily refund you, no hard feelings.
If you receive your item and are anything less than thrilled with it, please send it back to me for a full refund. Just send me a convo to let me know so I can look for it in the mail and flog myself for a few days in penitence for disappointing you.
